Advanced Bridge to Weight Loss
Research shows that people are most successful achieving long-term weight loss when involved in a group support program. Continue your progress towards a healthy weight with our personal trainer who will take you through a wide variety of exercises each week and gain support from others who are on the same journey. This exercise program is designed for graduates of our Healthy Self and Bridge to Weight Loss programs. Our Registered Dietitian and Behavioural Therapist will also be available for support.
