Cellulite Reduction Program

Transform your body in only 8 weeks! Join us three times each week for an intense cardiovascular and strength workout that was specificially designed to maximize your caloric output and help you build muscle quickly. You'll burn fat, lose inches and lose weight in this high-intensity training program. A pre and post-program measurement including body fat, circumference measurements and resting metabolic rate is included. Program is run in groups of four participants and one trainer. PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND A MINIMUM OF 21 OUT OF 24 TRAINING SESSIONS!

Group Training

You have taken the Cellulite Reduction class and increased your strength and now you want to keep going! This class format is small group training taking place on the fitness floor utilizing a variety of modalities (bosu ball, stability ball, free motion equipment, etc..) to keep it interesting! Participants should have taken Cellulite Reduction prior to registering for this class.
