Healthy Cooking Workshop
By cooking at home and deciding what ingredients to use and how your food is cooked, you give yourself the power to control your health. The first night of this 2-class workshop will be spent at HealthBridge with our Registered Dietitian where you will learn about healthy ingredient substitutions and cooking methods. The last class will be spent at SIMPLY HOMEMADE/ in Crystal Lake where you'll be able to apply your healthy cooking knowledge to assemble three nutritious meals to take home (each meal serves 4 to 6 people!) Fee includes meals.
