Cycling Group
Want someone to ride with this summer? HBFC will be starting group cycling rides in June. Hill climbing, and cycling technique will be discussed. All cyclists will enjoy an evening ride over various terrains and group camaraderie. There will be four different routes each month. Click here to register. All rides will begin at Lundahl Jr. High weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather the ride will be moved indoors to Studio 2. ALL Riders MUST register/sign a waiver and pay prior to their first ride. YOU MUST BRINg: ID, Insurance card, extra tube, water, glasses and a helmet. For SAFETY: You must pre-register, communicate, stay with the group and wear a helmet, no headphones.
Power Cycling
A group cycling class consisting of 60 minutes of challenging riding. A workout that will surely leave you addicted.
Easy Rider
A 30-40 minute ride followed by a long, soothing stretch. This class is for the new rider or for those who want a basic, moderate ride.
Intro to Cycle
"It's just like riding a bike"! But an indoor Power Cycling class is a little different. Our instructor will get you properly set up on our bikes and give you a taste of what you can expect in a cylce class. This class is held the first Saturday of the month, October - May at 9:15am.
RPM
Raw Power in Motion! The stationary cycling phenomenon from down under. RPM is group fun to GREAT music.
RPM Ext
Our RPM class with two extra tracks...to make it a FULL hour!. RPM Ext Technique Class Take advantage of this 30 minute class to learn proper technique when doing RPM Ext. Learn how proper form will prevent injury. Get the most out of your workout!
