You can also take advantage of a one-on-one fitness profile which consists of a comprehensive fitness assessment and consultation with one of our certified fitness specialists.  Our highly qualified staff of Personal Trainers are available and eager to help you in your fitness journey.  Our staff is always available for questions and assistance.  Upon your Profile completion, you are automatically entered into a quarterly drawing for 3 months of FREE dues!
