Personal Training Services
Personal Training: Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or improve your overall fitness level, our personal training program can help you! Our personal trainers can create a cutting edge program designed to get the results you want.
Our staff will assess your individual needs on a one to one basis. This includes consulting members about individual goals, setting up appropriate workout plans, instruction on biomechnically safe exercises, providing spotting and motivation during sessions. We stay ahead of the scientific curve, evaluating and modifying the latest studies and practices. We measure our results; we talk to physical therapists, doctors, but most of all, we listen to our clients!

Buddy Training:
Partner-Up for Personal Training! Health Bridge Fitness Center offers buddy-training services where you and a partner can reap the extra benefits of training together! Along with great goal-focused results, you and your partner will learn how to be more effective in your own personal workouts, develop a cohesive team-work approach to your fitness plans, and have a more motivating and fun experience with personal training! Partnerships in personal training typically yield better accountability and consistency as well. Best of all, buddy-training costs less per person then one-on-one training! If you don't have a partner, don't worry, we can help you find one.

Free Motion Circuit Class:
This class has it all! Get training for strength, muscular endurance, cardio, core and functional improvements in this fun and efficient new class! Led by certified personal trainers, you will benefit from their expertise as you are guided and motivated through a challenging circuit workout!
Starting the week of August 4th: Free Motion Circuit Classes will be offered 3X/week... Tuesdays 9:30am-10:30am, Thursdays 9:30-10:30am and Saturdays 10:30 - 11:30am. Registration for each class begins one hour prior to class time at the Fitness Desk. This is a drop-in style class for $3.00 per attendee via charge to account authorization or cash payment to the instructor prior to class.
