Come on out and join this group of active seniors dedicated to their physical fitness! No more couch potatoes in this group. Very low impact movements are designed to strengthen your heart and lungs. Weight bearing activities will improve bone density and muscle tone. Light hand weights, stretching, and flexibility activities will round out your fitness program and make you feel great. 2X week for 6 weeks!!
