Smoking Cessation
This four-part smoking cessation class recognizes the difficulties and stress of quitting smoking. The goal is to assist you in becoming successful. You will learn to understand the body's withdrawal from nicotine, what to expect and how to cope.  This class also includes a temporary membership at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center.  Half of the class fee ($50) will be refunded if the participant attends 3 out of the 4 classes!
