Triathalon Training

This is a twelve week program designed to prepare beginning and intermediate athletes to complete a sprint distance triathalon. Join other like minded men and women to participate in a structured program that will get you to race day confident and on through to the finish line with flying colors. As part of this program you get: 10 Outdoor Cycle Workouts; 23 Swim Practices; 23 Run Sessions; 8 Strength Training Sessions; 10 Sessions of Yoga; Weekly E-mails Outlining Workouts; Support & Encouragement from Coaches; Use of HealthBridge Facilities for scheduled workouts.
