Yoga Rates

Members may attend All Level, Advanced, Fitness and Stretch Yoga classes free of charge. Non-members may purchase a punch card to attend classes.
Punch cards are $35 for 5 classes or $65 for 10 classes.

Advanced Yoga

Yoga for those who have prior yoga experience and are looking for a greater challenge. Poses are more advanced and changed more quickly then in All Level or Stretch Yoga. Mondays 9:15-10:15am and Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm.

All Level Yoga

Learn the fine art of Ujjayii breathing and postures like "Downward Dog" and "Still Pose". Yoga has been proven to increase the efficiency of the heart, slow the respiratory rate, improve fitness, lower blood pressure, promote relaxation, reduce stress and allay anxiety. Mondays 6:30-7:30pm; Wednesdays, 9:15-10:15am; Fridays 6:30-7:30pm; Saturdays 8:00-9:00am and Sundays 8:00-9:00am.

Stretch Yoga

Focus on flexibility as you hold each of the yoga poses for just a little bit longer. Stretch yoga is ideal for those people who are new to yoga or those who need time to perfect their poses.Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30-12:00pm.

Yoga For Fitness

Combination of yoga poses to promote stretching, strength, stability, and sculpting for all levels. Tuesday and Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm.

Informational Yoga

Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced participant who would like to fine-tune some poses, Informational yoga is for you. Each month, class will focus on a different set of poses. You will learn the proper technique and how to incorporate the yoga breath. This class is held Quarterly. Saturday, July 12th 9:15-10:15am.

Prenatal Yoga

Maintain comfort and strength as your body takes a new journey through child bearing. Practicing pre-natal yoga will build on strengthening and creating flexibility to help you prepare for labor and delivery.
Physician's release required to participate.

Yoga for Men

This program is designed specifically for men. Learn effective poses and breathing techniques to combat the stress and tension of everyday life. Wednesdays 6:00-7:00am

Stretch Yoga
